Jones team riders Mitch Tölderer and Bibi Tölderer-Pekarek have designed a pre-season training program in conjunction with their website GO PRO Fitness Training.com.

Here is the final session of a three-part training program detailing functional exercises that work on your whole body strength and coordination. Each training session consists of four exercises that focus on legs, core and coordination. The circuit should be done on a 60sec workout / 20sec rest ratio. Do 3 to 4 laps and repeat the sessions twice a week. Don’t forget to warm up before starting the circuit!
