The Rally For Rocker Banked Slalom is the shred community event of the spring in North Tahoe. Hosted by Jones rider Taylor Carlton and a heavy posse of local rippers, the event is both a memorial to a fallen local rider, Steve ’Rocker’ Anderson, and a fundraiser for a new Truckee skatepark project. Last year over a hundred local riders came out to rip the hand dug course that snaked through the Donner Summit granite.
Stoke is high for the 2016 Rally For Rocker 3 on April 9th. The snowpack on Donner is fat this year so the course is sure to be more radical than ever. Get info about the 2016 Rally For Rocker here.
