Not gonna lie. We’re really freakin’ proud of the new 2017 Solution Splitboard!

The Solution has always delivered standard setting performance and for 2017 we’ve hit yet another milestone. The pop, edge hold, float and response of the new Solution is seriously the best we’ve ever tested on a splitboard. The new Boltless Bridge + Karakoram Ultra Cllips and the Inner Edge Magnetraction are definitely to thank. The connection and torsional board lock between split halves that these three features have unlocked is truly unrivaled.

The feedback we have gotten on the Solution from outside testers echoes our excitement. SplitboardMag.com named the new Solution ’Best Freeride Splitboard’:

"The Jones Solution is possibly the purest splitboard out there," said Splitboard Mag. "It’s the same versatile board we’ve seen over the last two seasons, only with a smoother flex, which makes it right for a broader range of riders; it’s still the benchmark in splitboarding."

The Solution has big fans back in the USA too. The gear gurus at Outdoorgearlab.com named it "Top Pick" of the split test.

"As one of our lightest and stiffest review boards, this is a great pick for devout splitboarders who love to climb distant peaks and shred down even in firm conditions," said Outdoor Gear lab tester David Reichel. "If one is lucky enough to find powder, this split will handle that with aplomb as well. In short, this deck is a great quiver of one board with a slant towards steep lines and big mountain riding."

We hope you frequent WildSnow.com. Tons of cool info passed along through this veteran backcountry snow website. Wild Snow rider Jonathan Cooper tested a Solution all season last winter. To no surprise, he was impressed by the Solution’s versatility in all conditions.

"The same profile that makes the Solution perform well on the uphill, is the same technology that makes it a good choice for the all around descent," said Jonathan. "I’ve ridden some of my deepest days and had excellent floatation, and also some of my most hateful surface conditions and had good control and ability to charge through crud."
