About Robin

Where is your favorite place to snowboard and why?

Baldface lodge is my favourite place to snowboard. It's just epic runs and hippie turns for days. I also got a lot of love for AK and Argentina, but Baldface is close to home and always brings back the love of  simple pow days.

What has snowboarding or the mountains taught you?

Snowboarding has taught me a lot about being observant and taking time to look, listen, and feel what the mountains are saying and riding accordingly.

Tell us about one incredible or influential snowboarding achievement or moment.

Winning the Natural Selection tour this year was a big achievement for me. I learned so much about competition, and I was able to use all the things I have learned thus far in snowboarding all at once. It felt like a pinnacle moment in trusting what you know, recognizing what you don’t know, and learning how to fill in. Personally it was huge for me and I loved every second of it.

What are you passionate about besides snowboarding?

I love surfing and hiking. Just having time in the ocean and in the forest is what I love most besides snowboarding.

Robin's favorite gear

Women's Stratos

"The Stratos is a ride anywhere, ride anything board. It's super versatile from freestyle to line riding. I love the medium flex which allows for a playful approach in pow, but also stands up in choppy terrain."

Women's Equinox

"I love the flex of the Women's Equinox. It’s not too stiff which makes it better for backcountry freestyle riding and playing around in the pow than a stiff freeride binding"
