About Nathaniel

Where is your favorite place to snowboard and why?

The Tetons, because of the solitude and long runs of fall line pow within the National Park.

What has snowboarding or the mountains taught you?

The mountains have taught me patience and the importance of being prepared, both mentally and physically. The mountain is the ultimate teacher.

Tell us about one incredible or influential snowboarding achievement or moment.

Riding the Messner on Denali in pow. Also, the Puma Spines in Bolivia standout as one of the most remote and striking places I have ever snowboarded.

What are you passionate about besides snowboarding?

I love fly fishing and just being in the rivers that are the snowmelt from the past season. I also rock climb and mountain bike to maintain fitness.

"The Ultralight Hovercraft Split 2.0 camber and compact tail make it ideal for steeps and narrow couloirs. It's my go to Teton board."

Solution

"The Solution is an amazing all around freeride board. It's super stable and sometimes it’s nice to have a tail!"

Storm Wolf

"The Storm Wolf is great for carving groomers and deep pow days. The floaty shape and swallow tail make riding deep pow effortless."
