I bought the ultra solution in November 2021 and installed interface prime light and guide hb karakoram bindings for hard boots.
I use your nomad pro pomoca skins.
In six months I have been snowboarding in powder, wet snow, icy snow, ice and rock.
I think the split is good on the climb, light and stiff enough on the descent, the float in fresh snow and powder is very good.
I would use more carbon to decrease the weight, in the 90s I used an asymmetric with a lot of carbon for slalom, it went fast.
When climbing on icy traverses the blade does not take well, the board does not deform in such a way as to be able to follow the shape of the hard or icy wall and being obviously wide, the weight of the leg and body is not transmitted on the edge blade that grips the wall.
Another thing, In my opinion you should plan to sell 100% nylon skins, because nomad pro get too wet in hot weather and sometimes lack grip on icy snow and steep walls.
I bought and cut G3 + grip (blue) skins for my ultra solution which weigh more but have much more grip on ice and icy snow and steep, a huge difference with the pomocas.
I had used both with other splitboards, also kohla I used, for the split in difficult situations best of all are the G3, even if the glue that uses pomaca is better.
The karakoram clips you have installed are the best on the market ever, better than the voile or spark clips I've used over the years.
Downhill the splitboard is really good, even on ice you hardly feel the difference with a solid snowboard, on fresh snow it is perfect.
Next year I think I'll try an ultracraft 160 splitboard.
