I took it for a few hot laps at the local mountain to get the feel before I take it out in the backcountry. This board rips! I ride a Jones ultra mountain twin solid for comparison and this is my first split. The solution split really slices into the ice and hard pack giving a very confident edge, id say it holds an edge better than the ultra mountain twin solid to be honest, which is also a super solid board. It feels a bit stiffer than the UMT giving it some really fun pop and allows for that edge to hold. The shape and setback stance give this board a ton of float, it wants to stay on top of everything. The base is the same as the UMT which is super fast. Definitely a fun ride and im really looking forward to taking it uphill!

With the mostly high pressure this season in Big Sky Montana the solution was the solution this season. The best all Mountain all condition splitboard. The new construction holds up on the variable conditions extremely well. With such a tough season finding good snow the board was the most reliable deck in my quiver. Stoked!

Just perfect , exactly what I needed, i 've just had time to try it two days before confinement, too bad , there was still a lot of good snow around here, i have to be patient .... till next winter

I spent a lot of time researching the perfect board for me. Previously I rode Gnu boards, and wanted to try a different brand so I had at least 10 brands I was looking at. The stats and descriptions of the Flagship for aggressive and confident riding on any terrain caught my attention. Can charge fast and hard down any terrain with this board. I love it so much I felt like I was cheating on it when I rode one of my other boards. I also had the pleasure to ride the Mind Expander while heli-boarding this year, and was also blown away by how I just floated on top of the powder almost effortlessly. Another board to add to my quiver! along with the Storm chaser, Hovercraft and Stratos. Purchasing the Flagship has opened up a new door for me to explore more amazing boards. Thank you! Much Love!

Just wanted to let you guys know that I'm so stoked on my Women's Flagship! I'm able to go harder, faster & higher than on my old board. The craftsmanship & detail is apparent. I gladly spread the Jones stoke!

Rides like a "real" snowboard! Amazing! I've had a ton of fun on this shred-machine. Quick on the uphill, shredder on the downhill. Love it.

Haven’t had the chance to ride it in deep pow, but on hardpack and spring conditions it does an awesome job. Fast from edge to edge and great edge hold.

We’ll my expectations have been exceed!! Super bad ass board my first split ever, so now my wife won’t let me drive because I’m looking at every snow covered hill as my next set of turns…!

super happy. even though uphill performance is not the best I had compared to other splitties I have tried this board is a nice trade off between uphill and downhill performance. it is fun to ride overall

Spent 25 days in Alaska on this weapon and it help up on all terrain so well. Variable conditions, steep lines, deep powder and even at the resort on a down day. This thing is the "all mountain of splitboards!" Definitely my go to if I don't know what my conditions will be like, or if I need my most trusted split, this is it!

My daily driver and couldn’t be happier. I work as a guide in Revelstoke and ride this board almost everyday. Deep pow, variable conditions and steep descents. It does it all.

This is a great all around backcountry snowboard for all conditions. I have used it in everything from breakable crust to deep powder and am thrilled with its versatility.

I am 6'4 , 200 lbs with size 10. 5 feet and find it's really hard to find boards that have the length and stiffness I need/want for steep terrain while not being so wide you lose edge to edge responsiveness. I own both the flagship and solution in a 167 and it is that perfect balance for me. I have a backwoods split in the same length as well which I really enjoyed for less gnarly terrain, but they stopped making the regular width board, so now it's just a wide model which is too bad.

Appreciate the need for companies to limit sizing to popular sizes from a profitability perspective. Thank you Jones for bucking that trend here and offering these super versatile boards in a wide range of sizes to accommodate the range of riders without compromising!!!! Please don't stop doing that ;)

Second jones solution. Needless to say I love this board! I just wish it wasn’t so white. If it gets away from me accidentally, finding will be a beech.

It’s the best shape out there. I’ve tried many many splitboards and the solution covers all your bases.

I have owned those board before (normal and carbon) and for me the prior one felt like 2 planks pulled together. I have it another shot this season and am not disappointed. For where my Storm Chaser doesn’t excel, it filled in the blanks: confidence on hard pack, navigates mogul fields with ease, handled a 2k vertical run of sastrugi without a caught edge. I probably won’t be buying another board for a while.
