I've got a 24' 156 Project X. I'm 46yo, 5"8, 75kg, riding mostly France, Switzerland and some Japan pow. Approx 75days+ per year on the mountain every winter for 25 years. I've taken this board in every possible conditions. I like it most in small pow (knee deep is best) and softer/good conditions. It loves slush too because of the spoon nose. End of day destroyed runs becme little bank slaloms on this ! :) And it pops so good everywhere. I often take it to the park too, on small/medium kickers and boxes. Nothing too serious but it really shines with a ton of energy in the tail. It's not the best for pow deeper than knee/thigh even with maximum set back, and also doesn't like super high speeds on harder snow. No matter how tuned my edges are it feels best a slow/medium speeds, and short turns, where the flex responds well edge to edge. Maybe I should have grabbed the 159 for my weight? I use it mostly on slushy days to f k around the mountain and small pow days, although my GF tends to steal it then. She's 10-15kg lighter than me and it seems to suit her better, especially in pow. For more serious pow and backcountry adventures we both switch to a 161 Ultra FS and FS Pro. I left a review of those on the board's page. I recommend the board if you want a high end, light and playful board for nothing too crazy. Then it's a really good, versatile choice.
