Would be nice if they would fit in a backpack. But otherwise they made a good first impression.

The tapered ends doesn't allow you to completely lock the collapsed pole in place. the locking mechanism keeps the tapered end from extending more than a few inches, so it's a minor issue, but it'd be nice if in future designs there were a way to completely secure the poles and be able to secure them together. Otherwise, they have every feature in a pole that I could want. The flexible baskets, grips, the ice scraper / heel riser grabber on the ends of the grips, and the firm security and adjustability of the locking mechanisms when extended are all top-notch. Also they look sick.

when i read SamVerified Reviewer i ben afraid. Me mum orderd them for me birthday. When i got them I immediately check them. And i found out thet behind the basket is a wider
palstick tube. And if you ensure the Powerlock 3.0 mechanism there the lower end will stay in the position ,o)
Great Poles love them.

Definitely the best poles I've ever had. I break everything else. The swivel baskets are brilliant and the grips are super comfy.

I upgraded from leki trekking poles, the longer foam grip and swiveling basket is great, but I can't get the lower extension to stay collapsed, if I tighten the clamp anymore it won't lock when extended, but as is I don't trust them on the outside of my pack so I end up descending with them in my hand. not sure if I am missing something or if this is the design.

Super fun is the best way to describe this board... I love how quick it turns edge to edge through trees and tight spots. 3D base is awesome in powder and also for keeping the board catch free on harder pack. I've never been great at one footing or holding speed on cat tracks, but this board is changing that. I'm 5'8", 130 lbs and went with the 152 for better float in powder and edge hold, and glad I made the choice to go for slightly longer.

This is my favorite jones board for women out of my little fleet of 4 jones board. I am 5’5” 120 lb. Have been riding the 152 flagships and love charging on them. Bought the dream catcher 148 to play around but decided it was too soft which luckily turned out to be an amazing learning board for my friend. The stratos changed me for good. I went down on the size to 146 bc I have small boots (5.5). I didn’t have to go slower. And the board sends me on these amazing carves that make me giggle. It turns amazingly fast. So fast that I find myself enjoying the moguls. Thank you Jeremy Jones. I am finally able to ride a board that’s sized appropriately for me and not have to give up on the high speed stability.
